When completing the quote, select the setup (bump-in), event start, event end and pack-down (bump-out) dates. Relevant planning meetings and site visits are automatically covered where they take place within the policy period, so organisers should purchase the policy before those activities begin.

The calculator includes predefined concert and festival categories. Choose the listed category that accurately describes the music event you are organising. Online pricing is available where the event matches the selected category and meets the applicable product and underwriting rules.

Venue and supplier requirements

Confirm the required public liability limit, organiser name, event location, policy dates and certificate wording with your venue before completing cover. Collect current Certificates of Currency from performers, contractors and service providers before the event.
